Board Meeting

The Fremont Conservation District will be holding their monthly meeting on January 3, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the USDA Service Center, 248 Dozier Avenue, Canon City, CO. The agenda will be posted at the USDA Service Center the Monday before the meeting. The Fremont Conservation District Board may convene into Executive Session on any item on the agenda in accordance with (CRS 24-6-402) the Colorado Sunshine Act.

The Fremont Conservation District will be approving the final 2024 Budget. The final Budget approval was postponed due to the Colorado Legislature Special Session regarding the failure of Proposition HH and new budget that were devised for this budget only. The 2024 Budget is located at the USDA Service Center at 248 Dozier, Canon City, CO 81212. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who may need auxiliary aids or services such as interpreters for persons who are deaf or hearing impaired, readers, large print or Braille, are requested to contact Debbie Mitchell at 719-315-3417 two (2) days prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
